The project involves the creation of a Virtual Citizen's One-stop Shop and is part of the interventions to reorganize public administration according to an innovative and smart vision based on the development of metropolitan e-government. The aim is to make the most of the potential of information and communication technologies to foster social innovation for the continuous improvement of citizen services. This Virtual One-stop Shop for the citizen is realized through the development of a Multichannel Digital Application Platform (P.A.M.) for the management of administrative processes in the municipal and metropolitan areas, whose main gateway is the web portal - social area and accompanying APPs.
