EHT, an accredited training organization, is looking for a figure for its Catania office to manage independently, the design of afferent notices of training and courses financed aimed at companies with interprofessional funds and by any other financing entity.
The resource will have the following duties:
- Design of notices;
- Promotion and management of courses with companies;
- Managing communication with management figures and professionals.
The ideal candidate must possess the following characteristics:
Demonstrable prior experience as a planner in funded and non-funded training, communication and listening skills, seriousness in dealing with assigned tasks, accuracy and good planning skills. Knowledge of the procedures of the main interprofessional funds (Fonarcom, Fondimpresa and Forte) and the main operational plans (PON, POR, ESF, ERDF, PNRR).
Previous experience in the following activities:
- Design and management of funded courses;
- Administrative monitoring of activities;
- Drafting training plan;
- Document preservation of project administrative acts.
Key skills and competencies required:
Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
Excellent writing skills;
Excellent knowledge of how to respond to Calls and Notices;
Excellent knowledge of Information Systems and Management Platforms of the main Interprofessional Funds.
