Cos’è biospec2
Il progetto intende sviluppare una piattaforma informativa avanzata che assicuri la normalizzazione e la standardizzazione di tutte le notizie relative ai campioni biologici, collegate con le informazioni cliniche e personali del paziente interessato, e inoltre assicuri la documentazione di tutte le procedure e la tracciabilità di tutti i processi a cui i campioni sono sottoposti, dal prelievo alla movimentazione e conservazione nella bio-banca, con evidenza dei relativi parametri ambientali. La soluzione si basa su infrastruttura e piattaforma cloud, e comprende un sistema di acquisizione dei dati ambientali e di localizzazione/movimentazione dei campioni con tecnologia RFID/IoT.
